Cancellation Policy
We all know life happens. In the case it does, you have 24 hours before the time of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. A 50% cancelation fee will be charged for No Shows and any appointment not canceled or rescheduled within the 24-hour time frame. There is a 10 minute grace period for appointments under 1 hour, 5 minutes for appointments 1 hour or longer. Any time beyond this, I will need to reschedule you. Please reach out ahead of time to notify me of any changes or if you have questions or concerns.
